Puberty is the term used to describe all the changes your body goes through in your early teens as you develop into an adult.

Since 2021 all schools, colleges, and universities in Scotland must provide free period products in their facilities by law.  The period products must be easy to obtain, respect the person’s dignity and offer a range of different products. All councils in Scotland must also offer a period postal service, clicking on the link above takes you to this service in Highland.
